      - Valid California driver's license and state-required auto insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
      - Proven ability to achieve individual placement and retention goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions
