      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across eye care practices
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing forecasts and activity metrics with disciplined CRM usage
      - Lead compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with eye care professionals
      - Translate clinical evidence into actionable practice behaviors and equip staff with conversion tools
      - Document customer feedback and insights to share with internal partners for strategic adjustments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented sales success, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales preferred
      - Familiarity with pharma launch environments is a plus
      - Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

      - Experience in start-up environments
      - Comfort discussing affordability of cash-pay/elective therapies with practices and patients
      - Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building territories
