      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across independent and multi-location practices
      - Meet or exceed sales targets while managing funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics through disciplined CRM usage
      - Educate and influence Eyecare professionals through compliant in-office data reviews and training sessions
      - Integrate clinical evidence into practice behaviors and equip staff with tools for consistent therapy use
      - Document customer feedback and insights, sharing with appropriate internal partners to refine strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented success in sales; experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a plus
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales preferred
      - Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
      - Comfort with discussing affordability and selling cash-pay/elective therapies
