What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive brand awareness and product adoption
- Deliver product education through in-person and virtual engagements tailored to customer needs
- Build strong relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders to enhance product awareness
- Identify opportunities to influence customer behavior and expand product use based on workflow insights
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare
- Proven track record of consistent performance in sales or customer engagement roles
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Valid U.S. driver's license and compliance with company driving record standards

- Experience supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-oriented environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technology for planning and execution
- Solid business acumen with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
