      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, maintaining high-level executive relationships
      - Sell products and services while expanding and retaining existing national named accounts
      - Identify and qualify both long-term and short-term business opportunities, addressing competitive threats
      - Prepare and present formal proposals, lead negotiations, and close sales effectively
      - Manage key partner relationships, facilitating executive-level communications and maintaining continuity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of direct work experience in a relevant environment
      - BA/BS degree preferred
      - Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably those of the employer
      - Strong negotiation, closing, and solution selling skills
      - Ability to travel up to 50% via automobile and airplane

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Internet-related software or systems
      - Advanced client interfacing and customer-focused approach
      - Demonstrated selling skills in a complex matrix environment
      - Strong ability to manage time, prioritize workload, and develop sales pipeline
      - Familiarity with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations
