      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process customer payments through various methods including wire, ACH, lockbox, check, and credit card
      - Monitor and manage daily bank activity effectively
      - Handle aged accounts receivable and contact customers to resolve delinquent invoices
      - Communicate credit issues, including bankruptcy and bad debt, with managers and relevant stakeholders
      - Research and analyze accounts to resolve customer issues while maintaining excellent interdepartmental communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of accounts receivable experience; cash applications experience preferred
      - Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
