What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Relationship Managers with daily support activities related to client relationships
- Act as the primary contact for Commercial Banking clients for servicing requests
- Manage post-closing requirements such as exception citing, collateral perfections, and covenant items
- Collaborate with the Treasury Management team to onboard new Deposit Accounts and Treasury Services
- Provide professional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years of general banking experience, or a bachelor's degree with four (4) years of banking or client support experience
- Proven ability to maintain client records for loan and deposit accounts
- Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving
- Experience facilitating loan payoffs and collateral release requests
- Ability to handle customer overdraft communication and decision-making

- Previous experience in a commercial banking environment
- Familiarity with Treasury Management services
- Strong analytical skills for processing requests and documentation
