      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with regulatory and compliance leadership to develop training and communication strategy
      - Design curriculum, content, and materials to support learning and development
      - Facilitate and deliver training programs in engaging manners
      - Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify gaps
      - Measure the success of training initiatives and drive improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
      - 5+ years of experience in training and development
      - 2+ years of experience with compliance or regulatory training
      - Knowledge of learning and adult education methodologies
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a regulated industry or company
      - Experience with eLearning authoring tools
      - Experience with visual/audio design programs
