What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and review contract proposals for IDN and GPO representing major hospital networks
- Ensure compliance with company terms, conditions, and pricing guidelines for contracts
- Advise sales teams on objection handling techniques and contract options
- Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and champion contract policy revisions
- Oversee master GPO/IDN price files and update as necessary in coordination with assigned Healthcare Sales Executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand contract terms and conditions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to develop creative and efficient concepts and techniques for contract administration
- Willingness to travel 5%-10%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in Finance and/or Accounting with a background in contracts
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
- Paralegal skills
- PROS Smart CPQ experience
