      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow all client-mandated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
      - Secure timely and accurate air reservations for domestic itineraries according to set meeting parameters
      - Monitor flight arrivals and departures for assigned programs
      - Provide quality control processes for reports, ensuring accuracy across documentation
      - Manage financial aspects, including adherence to airline budgets and final billing corrections

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the meetings/travel industry
      - Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of database and travel management programs (Cvent and Galileo preferred)
      - Experience with additional agency software such as iBank, iQCX, Booking Builder, Magnatech, and/or SafeToGo
      - Familiarity with airline-specific policies and international airport logistics
