      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Construct and maintain tabular models for analysis services
      - Create, validate, and maintain accurate SQL queries and dashboards
      - Develop operational performance reports and ensure accuracy
      - Use predictive modeling to enhance revenue generation and operational productivity
      - Collaborate with other analytics personnel to ensure quality service across operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, operations research, engineering, or computer science preferred
      - 6 or more years of relevant experience in performance metrics analysis
      - At least 5 years of experience with SQL queries and/or Microsoft Reporting Services Report Builder
      - Proficiency in MS Power BI, DOMO, or other visualization tools
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Python or R
      - Familiarity with Vertica
      - Experience in SQL Server Integration Services for ETL development
      - Excellent communication skills with various organizational levels
      - Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
