What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Construct and maintain tabular models for analysis services in an efficient and understandable manner
- Create, validate, and maintain accurate SQL queries and dashboards focused on Key Performance Indicators
- Perform data quality validation to ensure accuracy on a regular basis
- Use predictive modeling to improve revenue generation and operational productivity
- Provide data-supported insights and recommendations to leadership to support company goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, operations research, engineering, or computer science
- 6 or more years of relevant experience in a role requiring independent analysis of performance metrics
- At least 5 years working with SQL queries and/or Microsoft Reporting Services
- Proficiency with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) or statistical/mathematical software
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with various levels within the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MS Power BI, DOMO, or other visualization tools
- Experience with Python or R
- Experience utilizing Vertica
