What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze spend and contracting data to identify savings opportunities and insights for Sourcing, Contracting & Implementation teams
- Develop analytic models to support supply chain contracting and strategy development
- Manage multiple requests from the Sourcing, Contracting & Implementation team and coordinate among analysts
- Communicate findings effectively to key stakeholders, including national and market level leadership
- Collaborate with analysts from other functions to ensure consistency in measurement and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in data analysis
- Demonstrated analytical experience with advanced analytic tools and software
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace applications

- Progressive experience in project management
- Healthcare and supply chain experience
- Familiarity with data governance standards
- Experience in developing and managing key performance indicators
