      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create innovative and thought-provoking insights in talent management technology
      - Conduct in-depth analysis to identify barriers and needs of Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs)
      - Provide high-quality peer reviews for research content produced by team members
      - Engage with clients through virtual and face-to-face interactions, offering actionable advice
      - Develop and deliver impactful presentation materials for various conferences and events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of relevant experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology
      - Proven experience in evaluating and implementing technologies for talent development
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and presentation abilities

      - Experience advising CHROs and their peers
      - Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with C-level executives
      - Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing complex data
      - Comfort with presenting at large-scale speaking engagements
      - Learning agility and adeptness in navigating matrixed environments
