      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and continuously improve safety programs to reduce workplace risks and enhance employee engagement
      - Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions for safety improvements
      - Coach leaders and employees on safety principles, compliance, and best practices
      - Conduct site visits to assess practices, ensure OSHA compliance, and mitigate hazards
      - Maintain accurate safety records and report metrics, trends, and recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in safety and compliance
      - Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and other State or Federal programs
      - Experience or education in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, and/or Industrial Safety and Health
      - Strong communication skills for coaching and collaboration with team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications in safety management or related fields
      - Experience in the food production industry or related sectors
      - Familiarity with safety training and employee engagement initiatives
      - Proven track record of improving workplace safety culture
      - Ability to analyze safety data and trends effectively
