      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and conduct penetration testing engagements across networks, cloud, applications, and hardware
      - Develop and execute advanced red team exercises to assess organizational attack resilience
      - Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to technical and executive audiences
      - Coordinate red team/purple team exercises to improve detection and response capabilities
      - Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the overall security strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of experience in penetration testing and cybersecurity
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 7+ years in Information Technology
      - Proven mastery of common penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite)
      - Strong understanding of network and application protocols (e.g., TCP, UDP, HTTP)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with vulnerability management platforms (e.g., Wiz, Qualys)
      - Familiarity with malware analysis and reverse engineering
      - Strong familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
      - Ability to develop automated security testing workflows using scripting languages
      - Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
