What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare quarterly and annual Audit Committee and Board materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage the preparation of US GAAP annual financial statements and related note disclosures
- Research and develop technical position papers regarding new accounting standards and complex transactions
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, coordinating audit-related activities
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal control processes across key business cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- CPA designation
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive finance experience
- Experience with internal controls and understanding of key financial risks
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics, workflow, and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Big 4 or mid-sized public accounting firm
- Demonstrated curiosity in applying AI and automation within finance and accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound business judgment
- Experience in writing formal reports for Senior Management
- Flexible and organized with a team-oriented mindset
