What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain financial budget and forecasting models for assigned business units
- Analyze and interpret financial information, including Income Statement and Balance Sheet
- Provide advisory support on strategic initiatives for assigned business units
- Collaborate on FP&A related process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor and advise Financial Analyst team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related area
- 2+ years of work experience at a Sr. level in a similar financial or analytical role
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A
- Strong ability to understand financial results and manage multiple deliverables
- Proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting operations, service costs, or call center metrics
- Ability to effectively communicate financial narratives using data visualization tools
