What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business priorities
- Provide visibility and insights to enhance operational effectiveness within the IT organization
- Engage in technology procurement and internal customer relationship management
- Foster transparency and accountability within IT governance processes
- Execute special assignments beyond core responsibilities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT operations, strategy, or business relationship roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, service delivery, and finance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and translate technical concepts into business-aligned insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications related to IT operations or management
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and service delivery processes
- Experience with Enterprise Tools such as ServiceNow and Power BI/Tableau
- Understanding of Agile/Lean IT practices
- Vendor management experience
