What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the company’s financial reporting process, including preparing financial statements and disclosure checklists for external compliance
- Conduct detailed variance analyses of financial statements to ensure accuracy and identify trends
- Research and document technical accounting issues, collaborating with external auditors and preparing memos under U.S. GAAP
- Review new accounting standards and lead the implementation of changes
- Support month-end close, financial reviews, and ensure SOX compliance through robust controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with an active CPA license
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years at a Big 4 public accounting firm
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Strong technical research and writing skills to articulate and resolve complex accounting issues
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities

- Experience with publicly traded companies
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems such as Workiva and NetSuite
- Superior organizational, multitasking, project management, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
