What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate proposal preparation teams, including subject matter experts and graphic artists
- Lead kickoff and review meetings with capture managers and delivery staff
- Ensure compliance and quality through meticulous proposal checks and detailed compliance matrices
- Write and synthesize proposal narratives and develop strategic win themes
- Mentor junior proposal managers and writers while managing proposal budgets and schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or an engineering-related discipline
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a proposal management role within a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to write compelling proposal narratives and create oral presentation slides
- Excellent command of English grammar and meticulous attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in energy and utilities, environmental site assessment, and disaster recovery
- Master’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or an engineering-related discipline
- APMP certifications and/or continued education in proposal-related subjects
