What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Python, and other automation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- Develop and execute test automation scripts for both functional and non-functional testing
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
- Mentor junior automation engineers and provide technical guidance and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of professional experience in an IT-related field, preferably in a development or testing environment
- 8+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Python
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, including Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Pytest
- Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, and C#
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes) and cloud-based testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in various domains such as Health Care or Financial services
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in specific tools, languages, and specialty skills relevant to the role
