      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain agency relationships to increase profits for the employer's products within a designated territory
      - Manage agents using in-person, virtual, phone, and email communications to build relationships and improve performance
      - Analyze territory to strategize and execute plans for growth and profitability
      - Prepare and document effective sales strategies and monitor agent performance against action plans
      - Collaborate with product management to identify market opportunities and improve competitive positioning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
      - Must be able to perform essential functions, including speaking in a clear and professional manner
      - Strong organizational and priority-setting skills with the ability to multi-task
      - Prior experience driving sales results and working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
