  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own the end-to-end development and implementation within the Commercial team, integrations, and internal tooling
  - Collaborate with architects on architectural guidelines to design and deploy applications that meet business needs
  - Participate in coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software while writing clean, test-driven code
  - Help build and lead the workflow capability, creating the execution plan and milestones for the team
  - Create seamless integrations with bidding, inspection, and estimating tools for an all-in-one experience
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and six years of relevant experience preferred; or a Master’s degree and four years of relevant experience
  - 3+ years of experience with full stack software development languages and frameworks
  - Advanced proficiency in Python and Django
  - PostgreSQL expertise
  - Strong UI implementation skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers/task queues
  - Familiarity with TypeScript and advanced JavaScript
  - Experience working with a design system or component library
  - Knowledge of Docker for local development
  - Senior production debugging/support experience
