What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to clients primarily via phone, chat, and email to understand their marketing needs and resolve escalations
- Maintain accurate profiles and communication records with proactive reporting on actions taken
- Coach customers in creating and submitting brand-enhancing content and documentation
- Review marketing materials for compliance with established guidelines and brand standards
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of agency or related experience
- Proven technical competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social publishing platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional client and customer service skills
