What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop front-end, back-end, and/or middleware solutions to address business problems
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and provide constructive feedback in code reviews
- Maintain and improve multiple interconnected build systems and scalable single-page applications
- Analyze end-user needs and design, develop, and unit test software solutions
- Contribute to the CI/CD process using DevOps tools and participate in agile team events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in all phases of modern full-stack web development
- Expert skills in CSS and JavaScript development
- Experience using/developing for CMS platforms, with a preference for Sanity.io
- Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies/lifecycles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with headless application architectures
- Knowledge of frontend tools & technologies such as Next.js, Webpack, and React
- Experience with APIs and webhooks
- Understanding of web performance and accessibility tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Git and continuous integration/build automation tools
