What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently design and deliver end-to-end user journeys for specific areas, collaborating closely with front-end and partner teams
- Understand customer and user requirements to create proactive and trustworthy experiences across platforms
- Iterate with customers and end users to drive metrics and enhance product adoption
- Champion the reusability of UX and design systems, connecting experiences across various interfaces
- Collaborate actively with engineering and product teams using tools like mocks and prototypes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, particularly in UX alongside technical teams
- Proven capability in designing scalable UX solutions in collaboration with engineering teams
- Working knowledge of front-end stacks, design systems, and AI-driven experiences
- Understanding of design operations, customer needs, and UX metrics that drive iterative adoption
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
- Strong foundation in engineering or computer science, with a core UX design background
- Experience blending design and product roles, with a clear understanding of collaboration with engineering teams
- Familiarity and interest in supply chain and rail-related products and technologies
- A curious mindset with a willingness to innovate in an AI-native, intelligent UX landscape
