      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate current training programs to identify gaps and outdated information
      - Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for Arizona WIC local agency employees
      - Provide mentorship, training, and guidance for local agency trainers and staff
      - Organize and facilitate seminars, workshops, and special training sessions for employees
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to expand outreach activities and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or a related field with 2 years of experience in federal nutrition programs such as WIC
      - Credentials as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) preferred
      - Knowledge of adult education principles and techniques
      - Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings
      - Valid Driver's License for travel to alternate locations as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish
      - Experience in developing training materials and toolkits
      - Background in mentoring staff in nutrition counseling
      - Familiarity with federal and state nutrition program regulations
      - Experience working with diverse populations and community organizations
