What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete real-time updates and maintenance in the work order management system
- Support daily operations and monthly goal attainment
- Handle inbound dispatch calls via the Five9 phone system
- Create and assign work orders to technician offices while maintaining accurate records
- Maintain ongoing communication with technician offices to meet timelines and provide order status updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the satellite or telecom industry
- Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience dispatching or routing technicians nationwide
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with U.S. geographic regions and route planning using Google Maps
- Experience with SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9
