      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Executive in the Bureau of Revenue Collections
      - Assist in developing and implementing strategic priorities for the bureau
      - Ensure that priority projects and process improvements are executed effectively
      - Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance operational efficiency
      - Analyze data and processes to inform decision-making and improve service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to analyze data and processes effectively
      - Proven experience in managing projects in a complex work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with State of Michigan financial processes
      - Familiarity with establishing, tracking, and reporting on programmatic metrics
      - Previous roles that demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion
      - A background in health and human services or related fields
      - Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools or software
