What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing station store operations, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Hire, supervise, and train staff to accomplish daily tasks effectively
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers while setting a positive example for the team
- Handle cash management and bookkeeping responsibilities
- Maintain safety and security protocols throughout the store
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have flexible availability for scheduling
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail and supervisory or management roles
- Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry up to 30 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in food handling
- Additional college degrees or certifications
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
- Experience in problem-solving and delegation within a retail environment
