      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage sales and services for local and regional accounts in the Enterprise and mid-market segments
      - Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing revenue opportunities
      - Conduct regular bill reviews and quarterly business reviews with key customers
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with support groups to ensure timely project execution
      - Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating resolution efforts with internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in account management or a similar role
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and extensive related professional experience
      - Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as necessary

      - Experience in the media and technology industry
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
      - Familiarity with Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, ActiveCore, and SD-WAN products
      - Strong analytical skills to monitor customer performance and identify opportunities
      - Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and service goals
