      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the full lifecycle of AI-enhanced programs for assigned K-12 district partnerships, from onboarding to measurable outcomes
      - Collaborate with district leadership to align curriculum pathways with educational goals and workforce initiatives
      - Develop and manage implementation roadmaps with clear success metrics and milestones
      - Serve as the primary strategic advisor for district partners, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
      - Monitor program health indicators and use data to drive strategic improvements and successes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in managing strategic customer partnerships or EdTech programs
      - Background in education, ideally with experience in classroom teaching, instructional coaching, or technology integration in K-12
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting results and facilitating discussions
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
      - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent professional certification is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in portfolio-based customer success roles with renewal and expansion responsibilities in EdTech
      - Familiarity with K-12 procurement processes, district budgeting, and sales cycles
      - Previous experience working directly with district leaders and educators to drive program success
