      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and refine processes, tools, and workflows to scale Customer Success operations
      - Analyze metrics such as NRR, GRR, churn, and customer sentiment to inform strategies
      - Enhance the customer journey from onboarding through support and renewal
      - Collaborate with Finance and CS leadership on planning cycles and capacity modeling
      - Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to Customer Success workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in fast-growth SaaS environments, ideally in a Customer Success or Revenue Operations role
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill data into actionable recommendations
      - Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process quality
      - Skilled in CRM reporting, with a preference for HubSpot experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
