      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop structural physical layout drawings in a 3-D model as part of the structural design team
      - Design structural supports and foundations while troubleshooting and solving various structural design issues
      - Utilize 3D modeling software tools to generate structural design schematics
      - Act as the structural design team lead and coordinate detailed design phases for integrated structural design models
      - Mentor less experienced drafters and designers to foster their development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A foundational undergraduate program in a technical area including drafting, or a high school diploma with 1 or more years of drafting coursework or equivalent technical experience
      - Ten (10) or more years of detailed design experience in developing structural steel design and reinforced concrete design drawings
      - Proficiency with design software tools in executing 3D plant layout models
      - Experience in reviewing structural layout drawings involving steel frames, connections, concrete members, and foundations
      - Ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams across various disciplines in the power plant design process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
      - Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Design
      - Experience using AutoCAD and MicroStation software
      - Knowledge of design techniques and tools for producing technical plans and models
      - Understanding of engineering science and technology principles related to technical design
