      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, format, and update webpages on the employer's website with program information
      - Set up and manage the registration processes for the conference
      - Run a social media campaign to promote the event
      - Coordinate technical logistics with AV colleagues on the day of the event
      - Assist in launching the coordination of the open access proceedings after the event

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be registered in a graduate program
      - Excellent communication skills in English
      - Experience with library/information studies, cultural heritage, and/or persistent identifiers
      - Proficiency in French is considered an asset
      - Familiarity with social media, Zoom, and Drupal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in event planning or management
      - Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms
      - Previous involvement in academic conferences or similar events
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
