      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide assistance via incoming calls to students, parents, and financial aid administrators
      - Document customer contacts and input information accurately using computer systems
      - Troubleshoot technical issues related to WebGrants4Students and escalate as necessary
      - Handle sensitive calls professionally, ensuring appropriate escalation of complex issues
      - Review and process various financial aid forms and respond to customer inquiries via email

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student enrolled in at least six semester units or nine quarter units
      - Ability to work in a call center environment and access electronic records quickly
      - Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate patience and flexibility
      - Ability to learn operational knowledge of program applications and computer systems
      - Must reside and perform work in California

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Experience as a dependent child in foster care, homeless youth, or formerly incarcerated youth
