      Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Student Technology Assistant. We are seeking an Instructional Support Assistant to assist our team with producing high-quality, educational documents about our various academic technologies for faculty and students. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and implementing instructions, proactively requesting more details and clarification as needed, learning and teaching various technologies, and maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide support for academic technology used in classrooms, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Brightspace.
      • Produce job aids using the ScreenSteps platform
      • Ensure all job aids meet accessibility requirements
      • Track all work using Microsoft Planner and our shared Kanban board

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
      • Demonstrated reliability and dependability in previous roles.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on kindness and respect in interactions.
      • Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
      • Willingness to learn and effectively use new technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Brightspace.
      • Professional grooming and presentation required.

      Compensation

      The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
