      Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are a family of four (mom, dad, daughter – age 13, son – age 10) living in Madison near West high school (easy bus/bike access to campus area). We also have two indoor cats. Our kids typically spend summers in a combination of pool time/swim team, home activities (games, crafts), social time with friends and excursions to local parks/bowling/etc., and various camps and other activities. We need a nanny to help move the kids to/from the pool, supervise them at the pool, support activities at home, help coordinate and facilitate social activities/excursions, and drive them to some camps/activities. We are friendly with several families with kids around the same ages that also use nannies and in past summers there have been many opportunities to spend time together and coordinate some activities as a group. We have listed a tentative schedule based on our current plans but have flexibility to adjust to any planned vacations you might have or days off. We may also adjust a week or two as we finalize summer plans.

      Qualifications:

      • Prior childcare experience (nannying, camp counselor, teacher’s aide, etc.)
      • Valid driver’s license with clear driving record
      • Responsible, punctual, and organized
      • Reliable/consistent access to your own vehicle is helpful but not a deal-breaker
      • Non-smoker
      • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification is a huge plus

Bonus if you enjoy creative projects, pool-time, soccer, biking and/or being outdoors.

      Physical Demands

Walking, helping make lunches/light house clean-up, sun exposure at pool.
