What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and motivate a team of Outbound Telesales Representatives to achieve sales quotas
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM software usage on a daily basis
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews to improve skills and meet targets
- Handle escalated customer calls to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain effective communication and relationships across departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or management
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a sales environment
- Strong influencing skills and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive related professional experience may substitute for a degree
- Experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and escalated customer interactions
- Previous success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
