      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the Workforce Management team, ensuring attendance and schedule adherence
      - Collaborate with the workforce management manager to prioritize and assign team activities
      - Train, coach, and develop direct reports, focusing on personal growth opportunities
      - Monitor and analyze real-time production performance measurements to optimize staffing
      - Generate reports and provide analytical support for management decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of workforce management supervisory experience in a call center setting
      - Technical expertise in workforce management software and telecom systems
      - Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
      - Strong data analytic skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of workforce management experience, including forecasting and capacity planning
      - Call center experience in a healthcare or Medicare Advantage plan
      - 2-3 years of related experience and 0-1 years of leadership experience
      - Good communication and interpersonal skills
      - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
