      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist communities with the e-procurement/expense management system and provide continuous training on processes within these systems
      - Maintain knowledge of invoice processing procedures to ensure compliance with all processes and procedures
      - Interact with various departments to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to processes
      - Provide ongoing supplier support by responding to tickets and emails, managing the system queue
      - Complete and resolve Service Desk requests and incidents within established timeframes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
      - Prior customer service/help desk support experience preferred
      - Ability to prepare and conduct high-level training sessions and effectively present to diverse audiences
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for data preparation and explanation
      - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Realpage/Yardi), and database management programs preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or help desk support in a real estate or property management context
      - Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a professional setting
      - Familiarity with e-procurement and expense management systems
