      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to customers by troubleshooting and addressing questions regarding the functionality and usage of the employer's software solutions
      - Resolve issues promptly or track and escalate them as necessary to ensure timely resolution within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
      - Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding updates and follow-ups on their issues
      - Collaborate with other support and cross-functional teams to address and solve client issues effectively
      - Assist with testing and replicating software and hardware issues reported by customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
      - Proven customer service experience supporting a software solution or technology product, preferably in the public safety or healthcare industry
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving
      - Ability to work independently in a collaborative team-oriented environment

      - Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
      - Technical aptitude to learn new systems and familiarity with MS Office Suite or similar tools
