      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders to integrate employer solutions into surgical practice
      - Provide procedural support during operating room cases and consult on the safe use of employer products
      - Increase utilization of incision management and wound healing solutions, including advanced therapy options
      - Develop strategic account plans and manage territory for sustainable growth
      - Offer ongoing education and customer support to enhance product adoption and satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 4 years of medical sales or clinical experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of medical sales or clinical experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Current, valid Driver's License
      - Willingness to be on-call and travel as required
      - Proven track record in sales quota attainment and territory management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling and consulting in an operating room environment
      - Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e., surgeons)
      - Completion of a formal sales training program
      - Experience using a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
      - Outstanding data and analytical skills
