What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, designing, and developing automated systems
- Provide input to solution development efforts and assist with training requirements
- Maintain schedules and track information system resources for assigned projects
- Report on project timelines and document performance
- Develop documentation of operational objectives and best technology capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of start date
- Five years of experience in applications development and support, or end user training
- OR High School diploma/GED with seven years of relevant experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent certifications
- Professional Billing Resolute experience
