      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide responsive technical support via phone and portal, addressing customer problems and managing expectations
      - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications and operating systems
      - Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents and problems within the ticketing system
      - Configure and deploy InteleShare software to meet customer operational requirements
      - Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate incidents as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Windows administration and technical customer support
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for both servers and workstations
      - Proven customer service excellence with strong client-facing skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience running queries in SQL databases
      - Knowledge of Linux operating systems
      - Familiarity with Mac OS
      - Experience with SaaS or cloud environments
      - Background in medical or research environments, including knowledge of DICOM, HL7, or Healthcare IT
