What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Talend-based ETL pipelines and manage SAP-Kinaxis data synchronization
- Orchestrate end-to-end SAP data migration, validation, and automation processes
- Collaborate with global teams on SAP master data optimization and multi-system data harmonization
- Support requirements gathering, solution testing, and deployment activities at various sites
- Ensure compliance with DoD, FDA, and GxP standards in middleware solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree with 5 years of experience in Talend ETL and SAP
- Proficiency in ERP Systems SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, and SAP R/3
- Experience with middleware and ETL using Talend Data Integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL
- Knowledge of SAP MDG integration with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, and SAP Ariba integration
- Familiarity with data migration tools such as LSMW and WinShuttle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP reporting tools such as SAP BW and Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Agile, and Waterfall
- Familiarity with additional SAP modules including FICO, PM, and EWM
- Proficiency in tools like SAP Fiori and Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of supply chain and planning tools like Kinaxis RapidResponse
