  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and clients to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
  - Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple searches
  - Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal tools with accurate and up-to-date information
  - Continuously improve and enhance recruiting processes to support organizational growth
  - Provide timely communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree
  - 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service, or HR support role
  - Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling complex meetings, or coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
  - High attention to detail and a track record of accurate, organized, and timely task execution
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a fast-paced environment that requires effective multitasking and prioritization
  - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  - Previous experience supporting HR functions or talent acquisition teams
