What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition configuration, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational needs
- Recommend and implement best practices across Workday HCM and Talent Acquisition modules
- Design, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes with a focus on compliance and performance
- Partner with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition leaders to gather requirements and drive system enhancements
- Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- At least three years of experience configuring and supporting Workday
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
