      Role Overview:

      We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team at ZenCity. This position is all about our most important asset—our people! You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and first-class candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and report to the HR Director in Israel.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Maintain a high-quality talent pipeline and develop innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
      • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting HR interviews, and extending offers.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their goals and staffing needs.
      • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies, focusing on Tech positions.
      • Provide a first-class candidate experience from application to onboarding.
      • Conduct interview training for new interviewers and manage the candidate experience to create a seamless process.
      • Use data to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

      Requirements

      • Experience as a talent acquisition specialist/partner from a Global SU.
      • Proven experience in sourcing for senior R&D positions.
      • Strong learning capabilities and excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
      • Ability to understand relevant skills and target non-active candidates.
      • Fluent in English.
      • Team player with a passion for recruitment.


      Nice to Have:

      • Familiarity with recruitment processes in US and UK.
      • Experience from a recruiting agency.
